  • Liquid temperature compensation for carbonation consistency
  • Cycle manipulation for improved carbonation-level regulation
  • Failure detection with sensor-driven fallback logic
  • Low-pass filtering and signal conditioning

Implementation spanned MATLAB, C++, Python, and Arduino. Prototypes integrated commercial sensors and AC/DC motor drivers. System-level test tooling (R-Pi / Arduino apparatus and Python application) supported hardware-in-the-loop validation and root-cause analysis through mass production.
