Taught - (S21): Introduction to programming with MATLAB and Python. Provides to basic properties of the MATLAB/Python, a powerful programming language and development tool for different disciplines, and programming concepts for engineers for various engineering application.

Learning Goals:

By the end of the semester:

  1. Ability to code and test small MATLAB programs for basic engineering problems.
  2. Ability to use of procedural statements, conditional statements, loops, function calls{and arrays.
  3. Have knowledge of basic vector computation.
  4. Ability to use basic MATLAB/Python plotting tools for different data sets.
